When i send an invoice to a customer, can i send a link that’s goes straight to their banking app to pay?

Hello there, Matt. The option to send an invoice link directly to a customer's banking app to pay is currently unavailable.

Invoices in QuickBooks Sole-Trader can only include a link that directs your customers to a QuickBooks-hosted payment page where they can process a payment.

Alternatively, you can use an external platform that supports a direct bank-to-bank link to process invoice payments. You can then keep track of those transactions by recording them manually in QuickBooks.

If you want to generate an invoice link and send it to your customers via text message or WhatsApp, please refer to the steps below.

1. Go to the Get paid section in the left panel menu, then select Invoices.
2. Click the View/Edit option of your chosen invoice.
3. Proceed to the dropdown arrow beside the Review and send button to share the link.
