When will the Amex issue be solved? It is not just connecting a new card - our existing Amex will not connect and has not since the 16th September. This is really poor!

Please give us an accurate timescale for fix.

Hi Kerri8, we're rolling out a fix for this tomorrow, the 21st Oct, in which all new and existing connections will be able to connect and update the account successfully. Please get back to us here if you experience any further problems from this point. 🙇‍:female_sign:
