I appreciate you reaching out through this forum, Marcus. Maintaining accurate records without duplicates is essential, and I’m here to help you identify any potential duplicate uploads.
In QuickBooks Sole Trader, all successfully uploaded CSV files will reflect in their respective sections based on the data type they contain. While a centralized list of all uploaded CSV files is unsupported, you can view the imported data within the relevant areas of the system.
If you upload transactions, you can find them listed on the Bank Transactions page associated with the specific bank or credit card account. To access this information, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Sole Trader account.
- Navigate to the Transactions menu from the left navigation panel.
- Select Bank Transactions to view all the uploaded transactions.
You may also use the date range filters to help narrow down and pinpoint specific entries.

If you upload Customers, Invoices, or Products and Services, these will appear in their respective areas, such as the Customers list, Invoices section, or Products and Services list. For better clarity, I have attached screenshots showing where these can be found and verified.

By carefully reviewing and verifying all uploaded data within the corresponding sections, you can effectively identify duplicates and ensure that all imported files are accurately recorded and properly organized.
Additionally, I'll share these valuable resources on categorizing transactions and handling customers effectively within the program, ensuring your entries remain up-to-date and organized:
