Hi, new to quickbooks. I’m in a creative industry so quite keen to have my invoices looking nice. The Quickbooks invoice temples are ok with a bit of juggling around, but the uploaded logo is low resolution compared to the text and there are formatting limitations.
I’m tempted to continue sending my customers the excel invoices I’ve always done, but that means essentially doubling my work inputting it all into Quickbooks anyway.
As a show of hands, is this normal for people to do? I assume there is no workaround I am missing?

If you have tried the above. You can also try saving as a picture and opening the file in Windows Paint and then adjusting in Windows Paint resaving the file and then uploading the logo from the newly adjusted file.
We understand the importance of adjusting its resolution as text on the main invoice, if that does not change things, at this time, the logo will appear that way in QBO. For now, you can use the Feedback feature to send this idea directly to our engineering team. This way, they could take action to help improve your experience. Rest assured they're working nonstop to enhance the product and deliver the best experiences to all QuickBooks users.
