The reason some transactions were not synced is due to delays or interruptions in the bank connection, @j-whitworthnails. With this, we can click the Refresh All button to reload the connectivity and retrieve the missing transactions.
Before we proceed, could you confirm if you are referring to imported bank transactions? If so, could you please provide the specific bank account linked to your QBSE file? Any additional details you can share will help us move closer to a resolution and allow us to check if there is an open investigation regarding your concern.
Also, please take note that QuickBooks relies on data provided by your financial institution. You can reach out to them if they are undergoing maintenance which causes delays of transactions.
To refresh the connectivity, you can follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon, then select Connect Bank/Bank accounts under Transactions.
- Hit the Back to Manage Accounts below.
- Click the Refresh All button.
In addition to this, you can get older transactions directly from your bank or manually import them to your online account using a CSV file.
Once you're done, go to the Transactions menu and categorize your imported transactions to keep your records organized.
