I'm here to help you fix the syncing issue with your staff hours to QuickBooks Online(QBO) from QuickBooks Time.
I understand that some of your staff hours are syncing while others are not showing in QBO.
QuickBooks Online is an online service. The browser you're using can be the cause of this issue.
I recommend using a private browser to isolate the issue.
Here's how:
Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works using a different or a private browser, go back to your default browser and perform a clear cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Before doing so, take note of your saved passwords and URLs.
- Open Chrome.
- Click More.
- Choose More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
- Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
- Check the boxes next to "Cookies and other site data" and Cached images and files.
- Select Clear data.
