I never subscrived to this but I get emails. how to unsubscribe?


As per title, I never subscrived to this and I cannot log in to any profile but I receive emails and there is no unsubscribe from there. Trying to contact support but they just close the chat. Any help?

Let's get your data erased from QuickBooks Online (QBO), so you will no longer receive subscription emails.


Intuit complies with applicable local laws on our business-related use of personal data. There may be some information about your profile and data about your browsers and devices. That's why you're receiving subscription emails from QBO.


Since you never subscribed or you don't have a QBO account, you can call our GDPR Compliance team to get your data deleted. To make sure you'll get the assistance you need, you can contact them from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (GMT).
