updating resource / employee cost for various period in QuickBooks Pro 2020

Hi,

I have weekly timesheet for various resources for past 12 months on 20 projects, the resources cost rates are changing/updated for every 4 months, Please let me know where I can update the recourse cost rate in QuickBooks Pro 2020 to get the time cost in job profitability report.
