Anyone else cant access their year to date data - mine is showing the full year and not the financial year

Hi drcarlarainbow-o Are you referring to the data that is being viewed within the widget on the dashboard?

Yes sorry I should have said - its on the widgets that where I used to have year to date data it now includes all data from Jan 1st

I note that a case has been created, due to a previous support contact, and your details have been added to the ongoing investigation that our engineers are working towards resolving. If there are any updates or when the issue is resolved you'll be notified by email from that case. 

Exactly the same problem,The say they are looking to fix it but that was a week ago ,still the same  

I have been waiting about 2 weeks now sadly and they keep saying they will fix it

Hi all, thanks for posting on this thread. Our team are continuing to investigate the issue with the widget reporting period options on the dashboard screen, and the next update is due on or by 08/08/2024. 

As a workaround in the meantime, please run the report from the Reports dashboard (Take me there) where you can change Report period dropdown to this financial year.
