bad debt

Hi,

How would do I write off 200 sales invoices due to non collection of subscriptions. They are all different customers.

Thank you for your reply.  However this is article is for individual customers.  I have over 180 different customers for payment of subscriptions that have not paid.  So is there a way of doing it in bulk? 180 invoice will take a long time individual or is this the only way.

We'll have to make sure you'll be able to write off your invoices, ShellySkelly.

 

For now, you'll have to write off your invoices one at a time. You'll want to let our product team know that doing it in bulk is important for your business needs. You can send a request by clicking the Give feedback option instead.
