On the balance sheet report have you changed the information in the top boxed section so for example period report change it from last month to this calendar year to date then click on run report and ti will show you all the information based on what you have entered/selected in the top boxes.
I am running custom date range 06.04.19 to 05.04.20, but when you drill down on the Profit for the Year figure the date range is 1 to 5 April 2020. I have always been able to use custom date ranges and get the correct information so am not sure why it has started doing this?
