Hi,
I have entered my budget for the next financial year by month and I now want to run a report showing me the annual budget by month. I can't work out how to do this as there is not an option to change the column options. What am I missing?
Many thanks for any assistance, Rebecca

Aha! Resolved it - changed the "Show Grid" option in Customisation to Accounts vs. Months. I knew it had to be there somewhere. Thanks all.
Hello Rebecca,
Welcome to the Community page,
So at the top of all the reports when clicked into them, you can filter it so it just shows what you are wanting to see. so you can click on the date and click on custom and enter a date range of what you want to see then click run report and it will only show you that information entered in at the date range. you can also click on customise on the right hand side and select the information you want to see on the report and again click on run report and it will just show you that information selected.
Hi Ashleigh
Yes, I can see that - but I want it to report by individual months - not just for a date range. So when I select Apr to Jun, I want it to show each month in separate columns, not just the total for the selected period. Is there a way to do that?

Thanks for getting back to us Rebecca,
The Budget Overview report will automatically display the data by month, are you looking at one specific report in particular?

Ah, thanks for getting back to us to confirm Rebecca, that's not one I'd thought to check! :)
