Can anybody helo with a Cash Flow Planner problem.?

I have 2 bank accounts linked to my Quickbooks account.

In the Cash Flow Planner regardless of which account I choose to view, the income and expenses from BOTH accouts show up.

This naturally makes cash flow forecasting for individual accounts impossible.

Can anybody help?

Can anybody helo with a Cash Flow Planner problem.?

I can share some information with the Cash Flow planner in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @studio-briandavi.

Your cash flow planner will show any unpaid QuickBooks transactions with a future due date from all your connected bank accounts. For more information about what includes your cash flow forecasts, check out this article: Learn more about the Cash Flow menu

The option to forecast individual accounts is currently unavailable. To option to customise it and view individual accounts will be a great addition to our current features, so I’ll take note of it.

I also encourage you to leave feedback from within the account. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
  2. Provide your product suggestion.
  3. Click on Next to submit feedback.

You can check out this article for more information about providing feedback to make the program better: How do I submit feedback?.

Here's more information on how you can add transactions for potential income and expenses to your cash flow planner: Use the cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online

Please don't hesitate to leave a comment below if you have other concerns with the Cash Flow planner in QBO. I'm always around to help. Take care!
