You are not able to send a statement on a monthly statement to your customers. You could send a customer balance detail or summary, open invoices, or a transaction list by customer report on a monthly basis. You will have to customise and run the report you require, select save customisation > Name the report > save > in the report section select custom reports > select edit to the right of the customised report > select share with all > toggle on set mail schedule enter the data in the set recurrence fields > enter the email and message, if necessary > select the attach the report as an excel file, if necessary, it will be sent as a pdf if you don't select this option
