Can we run a report projects summary report - sales & costs for each customer and each customers projects

Running the report you need is my top priority, john.clissett.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) only allows you to run Project reports for Project profitability without times costs), Time cost by employee or supplier and Unbilled time and expenses. However, you have the option to run the Sales by Customer Summary report. Then, customize it to show the sales per customer and customer's projects.

For the steps and details, just follow the instructions below:

  1. Click Reports on the left side menu.
  2. Enter Sales by Customer Summary in the search report field.
  3. Hit the Customise tab.
  4. Select Filter and tick the Customer drop-down.
  5. Choose the name of the customer and customer project name.
  6. Tap Run report.

You can also run a Project report to track cost and income and other sales reports in QBO. Then, export them to Excel to come up with the report you need.
