Decimal points

Hello,

I'm trying to change my decimal points options and have followed this advice....

Here's how:
  1. At the top right, click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. On the left pane, select Advanced.
  4. Click anywhere inside Other preferences.
  5. Select your preferred Number format on the drop-down.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Hit Done.

However, ALL the options i see all have 2 decimal places and I cant edit this to zero?

Also can different reports be customised to show different decimal place settings ?

Very grateful for any help here,

Thanks

HI There,

I have had similar problems in the reports.

if it's in the reports that you want to do this in, don't do it from the account settings. If you were able to do it there you wouldn't be able to raise invoices or bills or cheques etc. for any pence.

In the reports, find the report you want to amend.

Run the report.,

Then  go to customise.

Here you can select Without pence, which will then show whole numbers. I think the rounding is round up if .5 or more, down if less.

You can then save the report with the customisation.

Choose a name that makes sense so you can find it in custom reports to run it again.

You can also set up a group and then group similar report together.

Hope that helps?

Kindest regards
