Nice to have you in the Community, @kmacckell.
I can share some insights on how to print your Tax Summary report.
You'll want to log out and log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account to refresh the system. Then print the report again.
If the issue remains, I suggest opening your account on a private or incognito window and print the report from there. This way, we can check if this a browser's cache issue.
The browser uses cache data to help load web pages faster. However, this can cause unusual behaviour that affects the performance of your account. A private window is a great tool in identifying this issue as this doesn't store any junk files.
To open an incognito window, you can refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
If you’re able to print the report seamlessly, I’d suggest clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
Once you're all set, you might want to check this link for reference in preparing and filing your return: How to use QuickBooks Self-Employed reports to fill in your tax return.

First, make sure to make sure that your Adobe Reader is updated. Check the Adobe website for detailed instructions.
Second, repair the Adobe Reader/Acrobat application in case you're still having issues after updating it. Here's how:
Once done, go back to QuickBooks and check if you can already print the report successfully.
