I can share some insights on how to print your Tax Summary report.
You'll want to log out and log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account to refresh the system. Then print the report again.
If the issue remains, I suggest opening your account on a private or incognito window and print the report from there. This way, we can check if this a browser's cache issue.

If you’re able to print the report seamlessly, I’d suggest clearing your regular browser's cache to refresh the system. If the issue persists, I recommend using other supported browsers. This way, we can check if this is a browser-integrated issue.

Second, repair the Adobe Reader/Acrobat application in case you're still having issues after updating it. Here's how:
Once done, go back to QuickBooks and check if you can already print the report successfully.
