I've recently started using a new accountant who is asking me to move onto their Quickbooks License. I've been using Quickbooks Online for years and now I need to transfer all of my invoice data from my current license to the new one.
I've followed all the steps for creating a report and exporting the data to excel but for some reason I can only find invoices dated back to 01/05/20.
I need to go back to invoice #1 and transfer all of my invoices. I've never backed up my invoices because I didn't think Quickbooks would delete old ones.

You are using QB Online UK version, correct?
Why is your new accountant asking to move to their Quickbooks License?
Is your company not actually located in the UK and your new accountant wants to convert your data to another QBO region?
Let me help you export the invoices you need from QuickBooks Online (QBO), All Abouts Trees.
We'll need to run the Invoice List by Date report and customise the Report period for seven years. Then, we can export them to Excel. Let me guide you on how:
You'll be prompted with confirmation that the data has been exported. If you’re missing data when you open the report in Excel, the file's in protected view. In Excel, just select Enable Editing to view the full report. I am indeed using QBO UK version, my accountant has a group licence where they receive a discount on the monthly fee. I think it's easier for them to access my data if I use one of their licences? We are also both based in the UK.

I appreciate your response but as I said above in my original post, Ive already done this and I can only view invoices back to the beginning of the tax year 20/21. My query is, how do I access the invoices from before that? Where have all of my invoices gone? Where are they saved? Surely quickbooks stores all of my invoices otherwise they would prompt me to back them up? I can no longer access over 250 invoices which is incredibly frustrating.
