I want to export my receipts for years older than 3 years but am not able to do this as a zip folder. I can see all these transactions and manually save the receipts for this time period so I know they are there, but can't download when I try to export receipts. I need for the years 2018-2019 and 2019-2020.

Do you mean to ray import rather than export? If you mean import/upload then you will need to save the file as a csv file type to be then able to do this.
No I mean I'd like to save a copy of all my receipts that are saved in quickbooks on to my computer for each tax year? I can do this for the last 3 years but not any further back.
Hello Emma9x, thanks for coming back to us, if you select the drop down arrow and select all time and see if that gives you the copy for all the receipts.
