When you turn on the VAT in QuickBooks Online, the program automatically creates the common codes, 9826. That includes the reverse charge.
Here's how:
If you're unable to see the reverse charge, I suggest including the inactive ones. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon and then place a checkmark in the Include inactive checkbox.

We'll be implementing a new VAT code in the near future to accommodate the reverse charge relating to CIS and we'll be updating all customers via email once this is released.
