You would need to reach out to your accountant who will be able to undo any reconciles you need so you can do the amendments on it, as they are the only ones that have the tool to undo reconciliations.

Such a shame as they will charge to do this! not looking at altering the reconciled entries or balance just the date! I'm sorry to say disappointed as I was able to do this easily in Sage!
