I have a couple of bank deposits on my account statement that did not show up in QuickBooks. Is that supposed to be possible?

Is your bank connected in the banking tab?Which bank are you with?Could we also just check what date range you are missing transactions from?

Kudo's for checking, most folks just think computers are infallible.

Is it possible, sure, data drops or gets garbled, or the import hits a glitch.

The work flow is and has always been, enter transactions, download banking, match - intuits advertising lets you think you do not have to do that at all and the computer will do it for you.

Using banking downloads, to make your entries, uses the wrong dates too, banking download is the date it cleared the bank, not the date of the transaction as it should be. Critical? Depends on the date, end of a tax payment period it could be, end of year most likely.
