What is happening when they attempt to view the customised reports, are they able to view them in the reports list? Are they able to view the standard reports?
They can see all standard reports but no custom reports.
I can help you access the custom report to the newly added user, JayDub.
The existing custom reports you saved are not automatically synced to the new user. For them to access the custom reports, we need to toggle them one by one.
Here's how:
Go on to the next report name and do the same steps. Then, let the user log out and log back into QuickBooks Online (QBO) to view all the custom reports.

I am having the same issue. This is an unacceptable resolution and needs to be fixed in the QuickBooks application. Sharing a report with ALL should by definition automatically share it will new users. If I have to go in and resave all my shared reports when a new user is added, that should be considered a bug. And should be fixed.
