E.g Last JE No 2176, First in Online 1669. I changed manually to 2177, but the next JE starts again at 1669

Hello E-loughlin-twini, Welcome to the Community page, so you can change the journal number on a new entry and when it is saved it will reset the sequence. It has to be on a new entry that is saved, changing an existing journal's number will not reset it.
