  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the dialogue box.
  4. Click Let's Talk.
  5. You can either select Get a callback or Message an agent to get a representative on the line.


To ensure that you'll be assisted immediately, you can contact them Monday until Friday 8 AM to 10 PM and Saturday-Sunday 8 AM to 6 PM. If you're unable to sign in to your account, feel comfortable reading this guide: Get help if you can't sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
