I spent over an hour with QB Support and then they ended the chat without warning

I've got an issue with my reporting on QB.  I spent over an hour explaining this to a QB tech support representative   I was told they were looking into my issue then they just  left the chat without asking if I was still there or anything.  

I really don't want to waste another hour going through this.  

What can I do?

Hello Fishyfillet, Thank you for reaching out, we're sorry to hear that the chat was ended. There should be a warning before any chat is shut down and that is usually only down when the chat is resolved or inactive. Your chat record will be on your account and any chat agents can also look up your chat history so you should not have to start again from scratch. We can see they have noted the account as follows

Upon checking on the account, normally the other business income set up on your tax profile won't show up on the profit and loss but instead will show on your taxes. It will add up to your net profit so basically, your net profit is around 6000 pounds then if you will add your other business income it will exceed the personal allowance. In other words, the other income that you have declared is just for tracking purposes, to know your current tax rate.
