I use the report Transactions by Tag Group. Until last month this subtotalled transactions for the period by Tag which is what I need.  Now it lumps all tags together.  How do I get the subtotals to work again?

On the Transaction List by Tag Group Report, please check that you have the 'rows/columns' option set to Group by > Ungrouped tags. 

 

If the subtotals still don't show from here, try loading the report in a different web browser or private browsing window. Hope this helps :)

Georgia from QB responded for which many thanks.  Suggested checking the Box Rows/Columns Group by Ungrouped Tags and trying QBOL in different browsers.  Nothing makes any difference.  Just wondering if QB have updated something in the last 5 to 6 weeks?  For the last year I have successfully used the report every month and this month it produces the attachment below (September) against what it should produce (July).  I've redacted the customers on the printout.  Any ideas gratefully received.

I've accessed the same report, and I can confirm that the program is still providing subtotals for each tag. I haven't come across any notes or documentation indicating that there has been an update to the report in the past few weeks.

 

I also noticed from your response that you've already tried different browsers and adjusted the selections in the drop-down list for "Group by."
