You may utilize the trial period of a 3rd party tools to migrate data between QBO accounts.

Hi dougsharp1,

You can resubscribe the old account and cancel the new one so you can use your data. Let me guide you how.

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
  3. Clickt Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  4. Click Subscribe.

You can also export your data from the old account, then import them to the new one. Here's how:

To export:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Export Data.
  3. Go to the Lists/Reports tab to choose what to export.
  4. Click Export to Excel.
  5. Click OK.

To import:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Import Data.
  3. Select what you want to import.
  4. Click Browse.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Yes when prompted to import.
  7. Click Let's go.

Here are the articles for more information about limitation when exporting and importing your data in QuickBooks Online (QBO):

I have this link in case you have other questions about QBO: Help Articles.

Fill me in if yo have any other questions. I'd be happy to help.
