You can resubscribe the old account and cancel the new one so you can use your data. Let me guide you how.
- Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
- Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
- Clickt Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe,and enter the updated billing information.
- Click Subscribe.
You can also export your data from the old account, then import them to the new one. Here's how:
To export:
- Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
- Select Export Data.
- Go to the Lists/Reports tab to choose what to export.
- Click Export to Excel.
- Click OK.
To import:
- Click the Gear icon on the upper-right corner.
- Select Import Data.
- Select what you want to import.
- Click Browse.
- Click Next.
- Click Yes when prompted to import.
- Click Let's go.
