I would like my BS & PL report to show not only the 'to date' totals but also 'month only' on the same report - as in sage - is this possible?

I would like my BS & PL report to show not only the 'to date' totals but also 'month only' on the same report - as in sage - is this possible?

I can help find a way to show the mentioned reporting period on your report.

 

Putting both periods directly on the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Reports is currently unavailable. For the to date and monthly only totals to show altogether on the report, you can use the Export to Excel feature to tailor it.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to Reports on the left panel.
  2. Enter Profit and Loss/Balance Sheet in the search field.
  3. Click on the drop-down for Report period, then select the appropriate period.
  4. In the upper right-hand corner, click on the Export icon.
  5. Choose Export to Excel.

These steps should point you in the right direction. Keep me posted on how this goes after following these steps. I'll be here to keep helping.
