Hi Claire, please ensure that you have entered the bank details on the template that is listed as the 'Default' in your Custom Form Style template list (Cog > Custom form styles), this is the template that the data will be mapped from onto the customer statement :folded_hands:
Hello CLaire43, Thanks for your question about customer statements and the bank details being added to the footer, we can certainly point you in the right direction for this. The statements do not have a separate form to add those details to the footer however it does use the default invoice template as its guide so if you go to custom form styles in the cog in the top right> edit on the default invoice >go to contents and click on the bottom third of the preview and enter in the payment footer box the bank details and save. Then go to bring up the customer statement print preview and they should then show.
Thanks for your quick reply. This works for the invoice but does not show on the monthly statement.
