Hi office-bridgends Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community. We have had any widespread reports of our customers experiencing not being able to run a report on their chart of accounts. Are you experiencing this on one chart of accounts and what's happening when you attempt to run the report?
Hi, The report page is blank. I've tried a few different nominal codes and they are a blank screen.
Hi office-bridgends, thanks for this added information. To check for any browser issue that may be causing this, please try running the report by signing into QuickBooks through a different web browser or incognito browsing window.
If the report runs as usual there, we'd recommend clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies on your normal browser. Like most sites, we use cache and cookies to run faster, but sometimes these can also block web pages from loading as expected.
