Hi, Nasim.

At this time, you can follow the instructed steps by my JasroV to pull up the Employment Payment Record details. I can see the need of running a report that combined the employer and payroll costs. I'll be taking note of your request and pass them along to our product developers. Rest assured they're working nonstop to deliver the best experiences for all QuickBooks users.

On the other hand, you can visit our blog to stay current with the latest QuickBooks news and feature updates. Here's the link: The QuickBooks Blog.

Moreover, here's an article you can read more about managing your QuickBooks reports: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Please let me know how else I can help you with your payroll and other reports. I've got your back and am always happy to help. Wishing you all the best!

Yes, there is, @dave111.

You'll want to run the P32 report. The P32 is the Employment Payment Record. It's a summary of the amounts you have paid to HMRC each month. Let me guide you how to run the P32 report.

In your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. Type in and P32 or Employment Payment Record.
  3. Select the current year.

You can also check this article to learn more about the Employment Payment Record (P32) report in QBO.

Additionally, I recommend checking our Reports and Accounting page for reference to learn some tips and tricks in managing your reports.

You can always get back to me if there's anything else you need help. I'm always here to assist you. Keep safe!

I've got the same question as Kudos.  I don't want to run a separate P32, I would like all the details in one report, so basically the way the activity report says gross + pension, I'd like it have a box with gross + pension + ER NI but there is no way of doing that.
