My balance sheet as at 30th September 2020 for the year ending 30th September 2020 is using my profit and loss figure for only the period from 1st January 2020. Why?

Hi there, @crxbl.

You can modify a report to see the aspecific date range. Let me help you from there.

By customising a QuickReport helps you filter the status. Here's how to accomplish this:

On the left panel, click Reports.

  1. In the search bar, type in Transaction and select the report.
  2. Click Customise.
  3. Choose a date range.
  4. Go to Filter and put a checkmark for the transaction type.
  5.  Click Run report.

I'm also linking some articles that will provide more information:

Let me know if you have further questions. I'll get them answered for you.
