I'm trying to produce a product activity report for a given period, ie all stock movements in & out on a single report, sounds simple but I just cant seem to find it?
Hello David, If you go to product and services in the cog in the top right of QuickBooks Online and go to action on the left-hand side and the drop down on it you can run a report on any specific product and service. Let us know if that is what you're looking for:smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:
I have a "more" option on the left that I can choose Run Report from but that just produces a report of all stock items with current quantities etc. What I'm looking for is a report detailing the in's & out's for a specific product?
You can customise the report so it just shows you what you just want to see. So once the report is open click customise top right, then you can click on the filter and select what you just want to see then click run report at the bottom in green. You can also click the little cog wheel on the report next to the export icon and select the things you want the report to just show.
Tried all that yesterday without success, I can only get it to produce the report based on stock movements out, nothing for stock coming in. Can you make contact via phone to guide me through the process?

Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in to this thread about the product activity report with an update on the resolution that was given to the user who posted originally, as it may be of use to future viewers of the thread. The data was migrated into Quickbooks from another service provider and the product/service had been added to the description and description in product and services. Essentially it was a case of re-uploading t he product and services or editing them manually to resolve. The customer decided to re-upload.
