QB Online - issue when sending reports to excel
System - Windows 10 and 11 (issue is on both PC and laptop), Office 365
Report appears in downloads
When you click on it to open - message appears that there is an issue with the content and do you want to open the file -
Click -enable file
File opens - words appear but the values are all zeros.
I have been on a web chat with an advisor and they have no idea
I have tried the following
This is incredibly frustrating - all I want to do is print off an all date TB to check that the potential move from Desktop to Online is OK and the software /advice falls at the first hurdle.
Is there an issue with Office 365? We use a business account
Is there an issue with Kaspersky and how it interacts
Are there settings in Office 365 that cause this
Are there some hidden settings in a browser that causes issues
Does Windows have some settings that need to be set to "off"
The assistant on web chat couldn't answer these questions and I am in hour 5 of what should have been a 10min job. I have downloaded the info into a pdf and converted that into excel and am using that.
With Desktop I used to run the QB doctor software and all would work
Can anyone help
Thanks
This isn’t the experience we want to leave to you, @CLP147.
Since the values are all zeros after the report was exported to Excel, it would be best to contact an IT expert to get this resolved. They can check your Office365 further as well as Kaspersky.
