Currently, running custom reports to show all the specific data you've mentioned in one report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. However, we can run a Project Profitability summary report and modify their details as an alternative. You'll want to customise them per the data you want to appear on the report. To do this:
- In your QBO account, go to Projects from the left menu and select the specific project.
- Then, click the Project Reports tab, and select Project Profitability.
- Modify the Report period and Accounting method.
- Click Customise.
- Under the Rows/Column dropdown, select specific data to show on the report.
- From the Filter dropdown, select all necessary information.
- Review all the details and click Run Report.
