SpreadSheet Sync has very few Class Related Reports and the only one that is there at present is Budget Overview. This doesn't work correctly for Custom Dates - it reverts to 12 month totals. Does anybody know when this might be fixed and also when other class related reports might be available
I recognize that the odd behavior you've encountered while using Spreadsheet Sync has impacted your business workflow, RAJ111. I'm here to help you connect with the right support channel to address your concerns and provide a timely resolution.
We'll have to take a closer look at why your custom report totals are reverting to 12 months. To do this, we'll need to access your account and review the reports. I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online (QBO) support team for further assistance. Once they identify the cause, our specialists will assist you in implementing a permanent solution. You can also ask them about generating reports with class using Spreadsheet Sync.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to generate and tailor reports through Spreadsheet Sync. There are also numerous class-related reports included in the software. To streamline your search, simply enter the report name or a keyword like "class."

There are numerous useful (for accountants) class reports in QBO Classic View but I can only find one in QBO Modern View (Budget Overview) but that is of limited use as for some reason class sub-totals are missing. There is only one I can find in Spreadsheet Sync - Budget Overview. At least that one has sub-totals but has the problem I described in my post. I'm a bit mystified by your comment that there are numerous class reports available. Presumably you are referring to Classic View. If not please tell me where they are in Spreadsheet Sync. Intuit have repeatedly stated that Classic Views are being discontinued - the last forecast date I can see being the end of calendar 2024. Presumably that date is not now applicable.
I will try to use your help desk to fix the immediate problem but as it is easily re-produceable I would have hoped that Intuit could just fix it and report when completed. By way of clarification this is not a "custom- report " but a standard one.
Thank you for coming back to the Community, RAJ111.
