Supplier bills and credit report showing allocations

Hi All,

 

The majority of or our bills and expense are linked to projects, and were are finding it a challenge to simply get an overview of you where our bills, expense and credits are allocated to. Is there a report that is Shows all Bills, Expenses, Supplier Credits grouped by supplier. That shows the details of the transaction, its category and its project/customer allocation?

 

The theory being we look at this once a month to ensure there aren't any mistake.

Hello James, 

 

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

You can look at these reports, see if any of them show what you are exactly looking for, on all of them you can edit the date range you want then click run report, you can also click on customise and it filter it down so it only shows you the information you want to see and can also filter it in the little cogwheel next to the printer icon and export icon. 

 

You could look at these reports > transaction list by date report or transaction detail by account or transaction list by supplier
