What report can I run to see all manual journal postings

Hi there, Hannah.

By running the Journal report you'll be able to see all journal entries you created based on the selected date period, and I'll show you the steps in doing it.

Although you can still use other reports like Transaction Detail by Account, Transaction List by Date, etc., by filtering the correct transaction type, the recommended one is the Journal report.

Here's how to run the Journal report:

  1. On the left menu, hover over Reports.
  2. Search for Journal.
  3. Filter the Report Period to All Dates.

Additionally, you can also customize the report to display your preferred data like adding Created by column to show which user created the journal entry.

After customizing the report, you can memorise it so you can access the report easily in the future.

You can always leave a reply if you need help with memorising the report or need additional assistance with QBO workflows. Let us know so we can provide you with the best advice you needed.
