Where can I edit statement templates to add payment methods / bank account details?

Hello Iain, The payment details to footer would be on all invoices yes if you add that in the template on the master invoice If you want that to show on statements in particular there is not a template for statements themselves and while the footer copies across the message to customer does not you could use the message on email box to add this in as an alternative if you are sending the statements by email.

Where can I edit statement templates to add payment methods / bank account details?

Hi iain_brogden

You can edit the invoice templates by going to the Cog > Custom form styles > Select 'Edit' against the template > Content > VAT Summary > Enter your bank payment info into the field 'Add payment details and footer'

Thanks :)

Where can I edit statement templates to add payment methods / bank account details?

I have the payment details on invoices and other sales forms in 'Message to customer on' but this does not come out on statements. If I add this in 'Add payment details and footer' will this be for invoices and statements? I would rather add a custom field to the statement, as I already have the payment details where I want them on invoices. It's no so obvious in the footer. How do I access the statement template?
