There are two scenarios why you're unable to upload your bank statements. Let me share them with you and help you from there.
First off, if you're referring to uploading the statement of your bank transactions, you're unable to upload it.
Meanwhile, if you're referring to your downloaded transactions. You can update your bank manually.
Here's how to do it:
On that same page, you can also manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. Then, add and match your downloaded transactions with your existing QuickBooks transactions.

my bank statements will not upload despite being csv. can advice before i delete my account?
Hi Julia2021, please check that the CSV is formatted as per our guide - this should contain three or four columns depending on the export from your bank and the file should be saved as Windows CSV file on both Windows and Mac devices. :woman_technologist:
