I appreciate your efforts, @CLP417. I'll share why you can't get the message when printing reports directly from the Custom Reports page.
Before printing custom reports, ensure you have an updated browser to avoid compatibility issues with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Also, let's disable any extensions or add-ons, as they can interfere with the program.
Since you've already cleared your browser's cache, let's proceed with accessing your QBO account in different supported browsers or incognito mode to check if this is a browser-related matter:
- Safari: Shift + ⌘ + N
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Shift + ⌘ + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
On the other hand, if you don't have any browser extensions or add-ons enabled, we can export the reports before printing in QBO:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Click the Custom Reports section.
- Choose the customized report you want to print.
- Select the Export/Print button and choose where you export the report.
- Once exported, you can now print it.
Moreover, you can create memorised Accounts Receivable (A/R) reports with scheduled email reminders for customer statements in QBO.
Let me know if you need clarification about exporting or printing reports in QBO. I'm always here to assist.
