There are some possible reasons why all your data disappeared. I'd like to share it with you and help recover your data.
The most common reason why you can't see all your data in QuickBooks Online is that you've logged in to the wrong account. You'll want to make sure the account you logged in to is the correct one.
However, if you logged in to the correct account, let's run the Audit log report to trace changes on QuickBooks. It's possible that one of your users deleted all your data. Here's how:
If there are no histories of deleted customers and transactions, let's open your account in a private window. This will help isolate data issues in your browser.
Once done, check again for the missing transactions and customers. If you're able to see them again, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative.
