Hi, Bicks. QuickBooks normally restores your receipts automatically, provided they were successfully captured by the system. To find them, you'll have to verify that no date filters are active, as these may be restricting your view of older records. You can head over to the Receipts page, tap Filters, and select Clear all. This will ensure you see your full history, rather than just a filtered view.
If they still aren’t showing on your end, we can try refreshing your data to resolve potential app performance issues. First, ensure your internet connection is stable and that both your app and device are fully up to date. If you're using an Android device, navigate to the Menu, tap on More Options, select Settings, and then click Refresh Data. Finally, tap YES to confirm.
If you’re using an iOS device, the process is slightly different. Start by going to your device’s Settings, then select General. Next, tap on iPhone Storage, find the QuickBooks Online app, and choose Offload App. This will free up your storage. After offloading the app, restart your phone to check if the receipts are visible. If they still aren't showing up, try reinstalling the app.
Alternatively, you can manage your receipts by signing in to your QBO account using any supported mobile web browser.
