Android app keeps crashing and vat doesn't appear on invoicing like it used to

Hi there, Jb-tools.The QuickBooks mobile app can accumulate cached data over time, which may cause crashes or missing VAT fields on invoices.

In this case, we can refresh your Android application by following the steps below for your device. This action restores the app to its original settings, often fixing issues caused by cached data that interfere with the app's performance.

For Android:

  1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
  2. Tap Apps (this may vary by device).
  3. Select the QuickBooks mobile app from the list.
  4. Tap Storage, then tap Clear data.

Additionally, please make sure your QBO app is updated to the latest version, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. If you’re connected to the internet, the app will automatically update and sync with the latest data from the server.

If the problem continues, we can uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks app to ensure it functions properly. Alternatively, you can create an invoice with VAT by signing in to your QuickBooks Online account in any supported web browser.

Feel free to reply below if you have follow-up questions.
