Currently, we have an on-going issue where users, like you, whose clients are unable to open the invoices sent via email. Rest assured that we've already informed our engineers and they're in all hands working to fix this as soon as possible.
With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you'll be added to the list of affected users. To do so:
- Go to Assistant
- Enter Talk to Human in the Search address.
- Select Start a chat, Get a callback, or Get email support.
Once you've been added to the list of affected users, you'll receive all available updates about this on-going issue through email.
