Anyone find times when Quickbooks online is very slow/unresponsive to opening invoices and bills and any remedies?

QB Support i have already done all of this the issue is not my or the PCs at 5 different sites. I am a small b2b support company. My Accountant logged in and found the same issue as did my bookkeeper and it is clear that I am not the only one having these issues with these posts. i am happy for QBO to log in to my account and test it on their PC and see what the issue is. Because there is a serious issue and as migrating to advance has not worked

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the  Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Go to the Search tab, then select Contact Us.
  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the communityStart a chat or Get a callback.

We really want to know why you're experiencing slowness when using QuickBooks so we can fix the issue, chazza.

 

Computer random access memory (RAM) is one of the most important components in determining your system's performance. The speed and performance of your system directly correlate to the amount of RAM you've installed. If your system has little RAM, it can be slow and sluggish. You can reach out to an IT Guy to check if your PC needs more RAM. If so, make sure you are buying memory that is compatible with the other components in your system. Ensures to better choose the right RAM to install in your system based on your needs.

Chazza. Welcome to the world of Intuit’s terrible customer service. So many threads like this of endless repeating the same ‘solution’ when obviously they’re not reading the thread of understanding the issue. 

It’s a sad state of affairs when we’ve been pushed over from Desktop and having to endure this shower of rubbish.
