If you meant creating or saving invoices, we've received similar cases about this issue. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team to be added to the affected users list and receive email updates on the investigation. Please include investigation number INV-103515 to expedite the process.
Here's how.
- Go to the (?) Help icon.
- Select Talk to a Human.
- Enter a short description of your concern.
- Click on I still need a human.
- Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
- Choose to Get a callback.
