Bank payment cannot be split into several locations. Only one location choice is available for the whole payment.
How to set up account to split bank transaction?
You are unable to split a transaction and allocate it to multiple locations from the banking screen. You would have to enter the transaction manually and individually, each line items that have the same locations on one expense and the remaining line items with the other location on another expense, you will then be able to find match from the transaction appearing on the for review page.
