Bill payment fields not showing

When I look to do my end of month payment run I can pay the first bill and it shows all the payment fields e.g. payment date, select invoice and amount. But when I look to pay any more invoices then the bill payment window looses most of the data fields, so I have to log on and log off each time I pay a bill! Hope someone can help - I'm running Safari 16.2 OS. Thanks...

Thanks iainmc, I'd be grateful if you could begin a chat to allow us to set up a screen-share so that we can take a closer look and escalate if required. In the meantime, please use Chrome as a workaround when entering the bill payments.

Hello Iainmc, Thanks for posting on the Community page, Can you please try fully clearing your cache and cookies, to all time, close the browser down, reload it and log back in and see if that resolves it all for you. If you still have any problems then reach back out to us again.

I still have the same issues. It does work ok with Chrome though...

When I hover on the payment page for an invoice some of the table rows also disappear!

Thanks for trying that, iainmc - is the issue also the same when using a private window on Safari? You can open this by selecting File on the toolbar at the top of your screen > New Private Window. :woman_technologist:

Yes the problem still persists. Missing boxes and those I can see if I uncheck them they completely disappear...
